Welcome to Community Health Center of West Palm Beach

Founded in 2000, our center provides Free medical and vision care, chronic disease management, and other services to the underserved residents living in Palm Beach County, who cannot afford the high cost health care. It is our mission to offer quality healthcare to all, that not only heals the body, but also changes the way people think about their health.

Most of our service are available for all ages, free of cost, on a walk-in basis.

Help Our Telehealth Clinic Serve More People

We’ve set up our new telehealth clinic, but we need your support to keep it open. This technology allows our patients to video conference with our physicians and track their treatment without having to show up at our health center.
