REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR SERVICES
Community Health Center of West Palm Beach is here to help you with your healthcare needs.
To qualify for our services, these requirements must be met:
- Patients must be uninsured or underinsured (no insurance coverage), and fall under the 200% poverty levels federal standards.
- Patients aren’t currently receiving Medicare coverage.
Our qualification process is very simple, and we’ll take care of all the necessary details once you come into our office, which is located:
