FREE EYECARE SERVICES AND GLASSES
A regularly scheduled eye exam keeps you up-to-date with changes in your vision as well as your overall health. By observing changes in your vision, your eye doctor can catch early warning signs for a range of health issues including diabetes and high blood pressure before any serious symptoms occur.
Community Health Center of WPB provides comprehensive eye exams and prescriptions for eyeglasses. Our staff evaluates and treats many eye problems including infections, minor trauma, inflammations, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease, using state-of-the-art-instruments and techniques.
Our Center offers vision care for all ages — FREE of charge — to those who qualify for our services.

- Eyeglass prescriptions
Prescription Glasses
We offer discounted prescription glasses to our patients for a nominal fee. Children, ages 1 – 18, receive a pair of free eyeglasses.
