Help Us Raise Funds To Ensure Poor Residents Can Get Medical Care
Community Health Center of West Palm Beach is seeking the public’s help in making sure the
uninsured and underinsured families in Palm Beach County have access to medical and vision care – right now during the coronavirus outbreak and in the future.
Our staff is taking every precaution to protect our patients and volunteers. However, our supplies are limited and, like many other organizations, we are feeling the impact of this pandemic.
We need your financial support as we develop new and safe processes and implement a new telehealth services system.
Our goal is to raise a $160,000.
We are grateful to the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties for their support of $50,000.
Supporters like you have given to our mission and assisted us as we share the love of God through healthcare.
Coronavirus is bringing us many challenges, but together we can continue to support the underserved in our community who are usually forgotten.
